Our Founder, Mackenzie Ellis, MHA, brings expertise in Organizational Development, Leadership Development, and Employee Engagement.

He’s planned and executed various entrepreneurial ventures, company initiatives, and development programs. He leverages effective strategic planning, change management, and communication, with 10+ years of Leadership experience in corporate and creative settings.

Our experience includes 8 years in Healthcare Business Management and Consulting, collaborating with owners, partners, physicians, leaders, and various stakeholders of Independent Surgery Centers, Physician Groups, Rehabilitation Clinics, Urgent Cares, Wellness Clinics, and other Ancillary Services.
